As previously published, Paywize, COTI’s subsidiary that handles credit card processing for merchants, was aiming to grow to around 100K transactions per month in Q4 2020.
We are happy to share that the results turned out better than the expectations, and December marked a record month for Paywize processing over 339K transactions for merchants!
During December, Paywize has made some significant merchant acquisitions including top merchants such as William Hill, one of the biggest and most well-known casinos in the world.
Additional new merchants are now cooperating with Paywize to facilitate credit card payment solutions for their merchants. Those new merchants include Betsson Group offering a large variety of gaming under 20 different brands, extensive customer service and financial advisories, Market Junction counting hundreds of thousands of unique visitors per month, putting them at the top 20 globally, DLD Global, a strong online gaming white label solution provider, and other online gaming platforms such as NetBet, Bet365, Delasport, Starspay, and more.
Paywize is also working on becoming a payment institution in order to offer its customers the following services:
- Issuing and/or acquiring payment instruments
- Money remittance
- FX services
- Ancillary services
This will support the growth of processing revenue that Paywize collects from its wide merchant base.
