This week we’ll continue to introduce our team, new and old, for you to get to know them better. In this week’s edition, we sat down with Adi Cohen, COTI’s Talent Acquisition Manager. As part of the Recruitment and HR department team, Adi is responsible for recruitment, well-being, welfare, onboarding, and offboarding.
We asked Adi five questions to get to know her better, check it out:
Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got into Crypto?
I started my career as a Talent Acquisition Manager about 6 years ago. The fintech world has always been of interest to me, especially its rapid development. I find crypto very fascinating and I believe that its cutting edge technology will shape the future of finance, as well as other areas. This is what inspired me to work in the Crypto industry.
What attracted you to COTI?
The COTI team was what impressed me the most. I thoroughly researched every one of them and found out that they were all very experienced and professional, each in their own field. I saw huge potential and an opportunity to grow and evolve in an outstanding company such as COTI.
What do you hope to improve from within COTI’s Recruitment and HR department?
Since I started working in COTI almost two years ago, I have managed to double the amount of employees from the entire range of departments like R&D, Marketing, research and more. The Crypto industry is a fiercely competitive one, and as such, every company needs the best talents for them to stand out in the industry. I hope to help COTI achieve its goals by finding and bringing in the best talents in the industry and to keep growing the COTI team.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself:
I have a secret protein pancake recipe, and I make it every single day for breakfast.
