Following our latest tech update, and according to our roadmap, we are happy to announce that the FoxNet version of the MultiDAG 2.0 has been released, and the code can now be found on GitHub: https://github.com/coti-io/coti-node/releases/tag/3.0.0
MultiDAG 2.0 is key, as it is the last piece in the puzzle that will allow us to release tokens on top of COTI.
The FoxNet environment will help our DEV and QA teams to run it through its paces in order to assess if the solution meets product requirements and our software quality standards.
In addition, the frontend team is in the final stages of the Token Forge UI development, which will enable Generating and Minting new Tokens on top of our Trustchain. QA started their testing cycle in order to ensure that there are no bugs or show stoppers that will prevent us from continuing to testnet.
What’s next?
Now that the FoxNet is released, we will start running the new MultiDAG 2.0 through its paces in order to ensure performance, scalability and security before we move to the public Testnet environment.
Once the Testnet is launched, COTI will define a new token standard, relating to the $COTI Native coin in the same way ERC20 tokens relates to $ETH.
