Yesterday marked the start of a new era. After two years of building, COTI V2 Mainnet went live, bringing the benefits of a fast, scalable confidentiality layer to Web3!
We’re pleased to say the launch went smoothly, and COTI’s L2 — powered by a groundbreaking implementation of garbled circuits — is already home to a number of partnering dApps and projects.
In the coming days and weeks, we will proceed to activate the broader ecosystem in a phased rollout to ensure network resilience and safety, giving the ecosystem room to root and grow sustainably.
The Mainnet release includes a new Explorer and Bridge to enable users to upgrade from V1 to V2. You can watch the tutorial on how to swap ERC20 tokens to COTI Mainnet here.
- The COTI Bridge allows users to swap their ERC20 $COTI and $gCOTI tokens from Ethereum to the new COTI Mainnet.
- The COTI Explorer is also live — so you can monitor any transactions you make and check ongoing network activity!
The Launch Airdrop Has Concluded
We marked the launch of COTI Mainnet with an airdrop aimed at putting $COTI tokens into the hands of as many Web3 users as possible. The airdrop is now officially over, and we’re excited to reveal that the campaign was a success: we dropped $COTI to 15,000 wallets, most of them new COTI token holders.
We celebrated the Mainnet launch with a live stream, where many of our partners joined in, discussing their plans and, in some cases, dropping goodies on the community. Day 1 Ecosystem Partners
Right from the outset we were able to announce a number of ecosystem partners were live on the COTI network, including Bancor’s decentralised trading protocol, Carbon DeFi. Many other industry leading partners for example MyEtherWallet, Band Protocol, PriveX, COTI Agents, are expected to follow shortly.
To help you track ecosystem growth, we’ve released a new Ecosystem Website where you can explore projects, partnerships, and initiatives on COTI. The page is already filling up fast, and we look forward to revealing more partnerships imminently!

A phased rollout is now underway to ensure network resilience and stability — giving the COTI ecosystem time to root and grow sustainably. Over the coming weeks, you‘ll’ see the COTI network come alive with new dApps deploying and builders creating the next generation of confidential Web3 experiences.
Mainnet is just the beginning. As we move into Q2, the COTI community can expect more utility, momentum and growth.
